I am a huge fan of sausages and spicy things. When I saw that this week's KiwiKids box came with salami, and tomato sauce, and pizza crusts... a Kosher Salami Pizza recipe was a no-brainer. This is similar to our Kosher Salami Flatbread recipe so if you liked that recipe, you should love this one too. This recipe is kosher, and non-dairy and uses ingredients from the KiwiKids boxes from 11/14/2021 and 11/7/2021.
How to make the best Kosher Salami Pizza step by step.
This recipe is super easy and is mostly done for you thanks to the ingredients in this week's box. All you have to do is follow a few simple steps.
Step 1 - Prepare the pan.
This first step will make or break your pizzas. The crusts provided in the KiwiKids boxes are really nice for pizzas but I like to crisp them up first. Line a baking ban with aluminum foil and slather it with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
Place the crusts on top and bake at 400º for 7 minutes. This will get the crusts nice and crispy before you put anything on them.
Step 2 - Toppings!
Use 2-3 tablespoon of marinara sauce and then top with salami and veggies of your choice. 5 slices of salami should do it but don't be afraid to add more! This week's box also came with mushrooms which are always super yummy on pizzas.
Step 3 - Finish baking.
Bake for another 12 minutes and then let cool. Slice and serve.

Kosher Salami Pizza
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise to grease the baking sheet
- 5 slices salami
- 1 individual pizza crust
- 3 tablespoon marinara sauce
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and grease with mayonnaise.
- Bake the crust for 7 minutes.
- Top with marinara sauce, salami, and veggies of your choice. Bake for an additional 12 minutes.
- Remove, cool, and slice.
