This No Bake Cheesecake Recipe Only Uses 5 Ingredients
Can you believe that this is cheesecake with no eggs! It is rich, creamy, and delicious only uses these 5 ingredients:
- Cream cheese - even whipped cream cheese works amazingly well in this recipe
- Powdered sugar - adds the sweetness to the recipe
- Vanilla extract - for a richer flavor
- Heavy cream - for texture
- Pie crust - provides the base for the no bake cheesecake and enhances the taste by adding other flavors and textures. For this recipe we used a store bought crust but you can also use a prepared graham cracker crust.

Instructions for How to make the Best 5 Ingredient No Bake Cheesecake
Step 1 - Beat the Cream Cheese
Start by beating the cream cheese with an electric mixer for 20 seconds. This helps to loosen it up and gets it ready to accept the other ingredients. Then add the heavy cream and vanilla and beat again for 1 minute or until smooth.
Next, add the powdered sugar slowly. Start with ½ cup of powdered sugar, beat for 20-30 seconds; repeat for the other ½ cup. This insures that you don't get an explosion of powdered sugar all over your kitchen.
Step 2 - Pour Cheesecake Filling into the Pie Crust
Using a rubber spatula, transfer the cheesecake filling from the bowl to your pie crust. Smooth out the top using the spatula. Refrigerate for at least an hour to let the no bake cheesecake set. Serve straight from the refrigerator. That's it!

One of the reasons that we like to use a store bought pie crust for this recipe is that it makes storage just as easy as the recipe. Just save the plastic crust cover, when it is time to put the No Bake Cheesecake away, invert it and put it over the top for a makeshift lid. Refrigerate for up to 7 days.

Ingredients
- 16 oz whipped cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 pie crust
Instructions
