Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Cream the butter until fluffy and add the almond flour, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  • Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and gently roll into a cylinder. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 350ºF
  • Remove the dough from the refrigerator and cut ¼ inch discs off of the dough. Place them onto the baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave at least 1 inch between cookies.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Let cool completely before serving.
