Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Dump the cherries on the bottom of the pre-greased pan.
Sprinkle the cake mix over the cherries.
Pour the soda over the cake mix making sure to get it as wet as you can.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top of the cake is golden brown.

Serving Suggestions
Dump cake a la mode.
Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
Chocolate syrup.
I know it seems like overkill but chocolate and cherries just go so well together.
Nuts on top.
Sprinkle on some chopped pecans, walnuts, or cashews.
Serve with coffee.
This dessert is very sweet and needs something to balance it out, coffee is perfect for this.
