Ingredients

  • 3 green onions also called scallions
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Cut off the white part of the green onion. You do not need it for this recipe.
  • Chop the remaining green portion of the scallion into 5-6 pieces.
  • Add the chopped green onion, mayonnaise, and lemon juice into the blender.
  • Blend on medium for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Stop after 30 seconds to scrape the sides with a spatula.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
