Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Slice each peach into approximately 16 slices. Place the sliced peaches into the baking dish.
Toss ¼ cup flour and brown sugar with the sliced peaches.
In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining flour, white sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Add the egg into the dry mixture and mix by hand until it is fully incorporated and the mixture looks crumbly.
Sprinkle the crumble over the fruit in the baking dish.
Pour canola oil over the top.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Cool for 30 minutes before serving.
