Instructions
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Pour frozen broccoli onto a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil.
Drizzle the olive oil over the frozen broccoli and make sure that all pieces are coated with the oil.
Sprinkle salt over the broccoli to taste.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Notes
Toss on some parmesan cheese before roasting to add a different flavor to the dish. (Dairy)
Top with sriracha before oven roasting.
