- 2 cans cherry pie filling
- 1 box cake mix
- 12 oz lemon/lime soda
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Dump the cherries on the bottom of the pre-greased pan.
Sprinkle the cake mix over the cherries.
Pour the soda over the cake mix making sure to get it as wet as you can.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top of the cake is golden brown.
Do not stir!
This recipe uses yellow cake mix but you can experiment with vanilla or chocolate as well.
