Chop the romaine lettuce with a sharp knife and place it into a salad bowl.
Cut the red onion into circular rings and place in a vertical line on top of the lettuce.
Cut the cucumbers into wedges and place in a corner on top of the lettuce.
Cut the tomatoes in half and put along one of the sides on top of the lettuce.
Cube the avocado and place in a corner on top of the lettuce.
Fry the beef fry in a pan or skillet until crisp. Pat dry and place in a corner on top of the lettuce.
Cook the chicken breast seasoned with salt and pepper in a pan or skillet over a medium low flame. When cooled, cube and place in in one of the corners on top of the lettuce.
Slice the hard boiled eggs and arrange them in a line that is perpendicular to the line of onions.
When ready to eat, dress the salad and toss.
Dressing Instructions
Add all dressing ingredients into the blender or food processor together.
Blend for 1 minute until all ingredients are incorporated.
