Ingredients

  • 1 package of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  • In a small sauce pan, mix together the milk, butter, cheese, and seasoning packet.
  • Heat over a medium flame until the cheese is melted. Stir often.
  • Once cheese is melted, reduce heat to low and add the package of ramen noodles. Cover and simmer for 4 minutes.
  • Cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.

DO NOT OVERCOOK

Do not overcook ramen noodles. Ramen are a little tougher than traditional dried Italian pasta but they will still break down if overcooked. There is nothing worse than overcooked Cheesy Ramen Noodles...nothing worse!
