Instructions
Peel and slice the potatoes into ¼ths
Peel and slice the onion into 4-8 pieces
Add potatoes, onions, salt, pepper, and soup to Crock Pot or slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours.
Using an immersion blender, blend the cooked ingredients.
