Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the brownie mix, flour, egg, oil, and water. Mix until the dough is firm.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough until it is approximately ¼ inch thick.
Using a round cookie cutter or drinking glass, cut out circles and place them onto the lined cookie sheet.
Put a teaspoon of the filling of your choice into the center of each circle.
Pinch the sides of the dough circles to form three corners. Use a drop of water to help keeps sides closed, if needed.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until baked through.
Cool completely and enjoy.
