  • 1 box chocolate brownie mix choose your favorie
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup oil canola or vegetable
  • 4-5 tablespoon water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the brownie mix, flour, egg, oil, and water. Mix until the dough is firm.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough until it is approximately ¼ inch thick.
  • Using a round cookie cutter or drinking glass, cut out circles and place them onto the lined cookie sheet.
  • Put a teaspoon of the filling of your choice into the center of each circle.
  • Pinch the sides of the dough circles to form three corners. Use a drop of water to help keeps sides closed, if needed.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until baked through.
  • Cool completely and enjoy.
