Instructions
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Slice the pears vertically.
Sprinkle the cinnamon over the top of the pears.
Bake at 375ºF for 25 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.

Serving suggestions
Make it maple flavored.
Drizzle some maple syrup over the top of the pears just before baking.
Eat it with ice cream.
Top with a scoop of vanilla or buttered pecan ice cream
Add pecans or walnuts.
Sprinkle on some walnuts or pecans to add some texture and different flavor.
Eat warm or cold.
Baked pears with cinnamon are great warm out of the oven or cold the next day.
Bourbon flavored.
Nothing goes with baked fruits like a spritz of bourbon. Spray the top with a little bourbon right before baking.
