Equipment

Ingredients

  • 48 oz broccoli frozen
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425ºF.
  • Pour frozen broccoli onto a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the frozen broccoli and make sure that all pieces are coated with the oil.
  • Sprinkle salt over the broccoli to taste.
  • Bake for 35 minutes.

Notes

  • Toss on some parmesan cheese before roasting to add a different flavor to the dish. (Dairy)
  • Top with sriracha before oven roasting.
  • Use the sheet pan oven roasted broccoli in any dish that calls for broccoli such as our Veggie Lo Mein.
